ComicStore.com products are available for sale Worldwide.

Shipping and Handling:

All orders will be shipped with service provided by a combination of USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail and Standard UPS Ground for all domestic US orders. All International Orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail Service or other type of services selected by the Customer. Orders are usually shipped 24-48 hrs. Shipping charges are calculated online using USPS or UPS rates based on the weight and size of your order and your location. For Comic Book orders, it is $5.50 for every 10 comic books for domestic US and $11.50 for every 10 comic books for all International locations with USPS.

For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties or import taxes associated with the order.

Refund and Return Policy:

Returns and Exchanges are allowed within 3 days after recieving the product. Prior to returning a product, a Return Authorization must be obtained from ComicStore.com either by phone or e-mail. Certain Manufacturers require defective or damaged merchandise to be returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

Returned non-defective products must be unused, and in original condition and packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be provided upon examination of the returned product. Shipping and Handling will be charged for non-defective products that are exchanged.

Warranty:

The warranty for each product is handled by the manufacturer. We can assist you with information for the manufacturer if you need to contact them for a warranty claim.

Errors and Omissions:

ComicStore.com pride ourselves on accuracy on our published information on our website and we endeavor to make continuous improvements. However, our site information may contain typographical and technical errors and inaccuracies due to different reasons within and outside of our control. We rely on published information from our publishers and wholesalers. We apologize for them and will correct them as soon as we know of them. If an error is made on a listed product (price, description, availability, etc), we will inform the customer as soon as possible and resolve the issue. Customers will never be charged until the order is complete and ready for shipment.
